Sole Source Fire Pros, LLC ("we", "us") provides fire protection services in Utah. Our office is at 1413 West Ledgebrook Ln., Lindon, UT 84042. This policy explains what information we collect through solesourcefirepros.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Estimate requests. When you send a request, we receive the details you enter: your name, business, phone number, email, the service you need, your location and any notes.
- Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we keep the information you share so we can help you.
- Language choice. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it on your own device. It is not sent to us.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web host automatically records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare estimates
- To schedule and perform service
- To keep inspection and service records
- To file inspection reports for work you hire us to do, as fire codes require
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it:
- with companies that help us run our business, such as our website and email providers
- when filing required inspection reports, for example through LIV Safe or with the fire authority for your property
- when the law requires it
Cookies and outside services
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and messages as long as needed to respond and serve you. Service and inspection records are kept as long as fire codes and business records rules require.
Your choices

Children
This website is for businesses and property owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
